You only pay if you approve the repair and we successfully complete it. Диагностика полностью бесплатная. Вы платите только если согласовали ремонт и мы его успешно выполнили.

¿Cuánto tarda una reparación? How long does a repair take? Сколько занимает ремонт?

Reparaciones simples (cambios de pantalla, batería) suelen completarse en 24–48 horas. Trabajos más complejos pueden requerir 3–7 días según la disponibilidad de piezas. Simple repairs (screens, batteries) typically take 24–48 hours. More complex work may take 3–7 days depending on parts availability. All repairs include a 3-month warranty on labor and parts installed. If the same issue returns, we fix it at no cost. На все ремонты — 3 месяца гарантии на работу и запчасти. Если та же неисправность повторится — починим бесплатно.

¿Y si no se puede reparar? What if it can't be repaired? А если ремонт невозможен?

Si tras el diagnóstico la reparación no es viable o no compensa económicamente, te lo decimos con honestidad y devolvemos el equipo sin coste. No cobramos por trabajos que no realizamos. If after diagnosis the repair isn't viable or isn't worth the cost, we tell you honestly and return the device free of charge. We don't charge for work we don't do. Если после диагностики ремонт невозможен или экономически нецелесообразен — мы честно об этом скажем и вернём технику без оплаты. Мы не берём денег за работу, которую не делали.
